Arab Outsourcing Conference 2010 Takes Lead in Post-Crisis World with Sourcing Strategy Innovation
Major outsourcing contracts with global giants have increased cost savings of hundreds of millions of dollars with a rise in quality services of 94.5 per cent compared with 87 per cent, prior to taking the outsourcing route, according to industry specialists at the second annual Arab Outsourcing Conference 2010 in Dubai.
The premier industry event for the outsourcing sector in Middle East region that opened on 26 April is hosting over 250 senior-level decision makers.
