Cairo, Egypt, 26 May, 2011: During the opening session in Cairo ICT today, Huawei, a leading telecom solutions provider announced the launch of its newly introduced Enterprise business sector, confirming its continued focus on the Egyptian ICT market. During the event from 25th-28th May 2011 Huawei showcased a wide variety of Huawei devices.
Huawei Technologies expanded into the enterprise business sector with a global mission to become the first choice ICT solutions provider across various public & private industries, including health, education, government, oil/gas, real-estate, transportation and banking. The Enterprise sector offers end to end solutions, in order to save energy and make processes more simple and less time consuming. Huawei Enterprise Egypt will be mainly focusing on the Vertical Industry, which is a group of similar businesses that engage in trade, based on specific and specialized needs. two agreements with the National Institute of Telecommunications during Cairo ICT 2011
1. Cairo, May 25, 2011:
Dr. Majid Osman today witnessed the signing of two agreements for the cooperation of The National Telecommunication Institute and Huawei - a leading telecom solutions provider - Huawei will provide training services for a wide range of young telecommunication and information technology sector graduates. This is due to Huawei's belief that developing and training the next generation with the latest communication technologies is crucial. This belief in addition to the conformity of the National Telecommunications Institute and the support of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology will aim at aligning Egyptian ICT skills with the global development.
This agreement will be a long-term agreement, declaring the companies support to the Egyptian telecommunication market and its confidence in the potential and stability it carries.
2. Cairo, May 25, 2011: Convention II
Based on the previous agreement, The National Telecommunications Institute has become a partner to Huawei in providing multiple training programs teaching the newly introduced Enterprise business sector that has been adopted and announced by Huawei. The Enterprise business sector provides integrated technology solutions for major companies and institutions.
The expansion of Huawei into the Enterprise business is consistent with Huawei Technologies global strategy to become the top ICT services provider in the world.
