Ministry of Communications and Information Technology launched today its development program for the advancement of small and micro information technology companies at a total cost of EGP 30 million for the development of Egyptian products in the field of information technology.
Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Mohamed Salem said that the program is aimed at supporting small and micro businesses in all governorates.
During a meeting on Thursday with a number of representatives of small and micro information technology companies, the minister said that Prime Minister Kamal el-Ganzouri has approved payment of all dues of the telecommunications and information technology companies with ministries and government bodies, which amount to nearly EGP 100 million in coordination with the Finance Ministry.
The Minister stressed that each company will receive its full dues immediately after finalizing its works.
