HSBC Global Service Centre becomes Egypt’s first LEED-certified building - World Interior Design Network


With the LEED-Gold certification from the U.S Green Building Council (USGBC), HSBC Bank Egypt Global Service Centre has also become the first HSBC building in the Middle East to receive this certification. The four-story building spanning 21,000 square meters, features ground floor with three typical floors and two underground parking floors.
