Egypt State Information Service- Economy - Kamel Unveils Companies List in Export IT Program
Minister of Communications and Information Technology Tarek Kamel unveiled Sunday 5/9/2010 names of the IT companies that will receive privileges under an Export Rebate Program (Export IT) which aims at increasing IT exports to $1.1 billion by the end of 2010.
As many as 58 companies will enjoy the privilege of the ministry's rebate of 10 percent of the value-added component of their IT exports.
The program has been offered by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) to Egyptian small- and medium-sized IT companies.
